When you place an order or access your account information, we use an encryption that encrypts your information before it is sent to us to protect it from unauthorized use. In addition, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that third party business partners’ to whom we transfer any data will provide sufficient protection of that personal information.

You will be provided with your tracking information via email and you will be able to track it from there.

Item availability is checked when you complete the purchase and your order is processed. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not ensure its availability when you are ready to make your purchase, and all orders are subject to product availability.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at bonjour@moitieparfum.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request but in some cases we will be unable to cancel orders, such as orders that have already shipped.

At this time, gift packaging is not available. However, they come beautifully packaged in our signature Moitié tissue paper.

You may return any product ordered on the moitieparfum.com website for refund or exchange within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition in which it was received with all tags attached, and in the original packaging (including, if possible, the original delivery box). The original invoice must be provided with any return. To ensure footwear is eligible for return, please try it on while standing on a carpeted surface. Footwear must be returned in its original shoebox, with any dustbags, cards, and packaging intact. Product boxes, including shoeboxes, are not to be used as shipping boxes. The product box should be placed within appropriate outer packaging, with contents secured within.
Sale merchandise is final sale.
We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.

To exchange a product, please contact Customer Service at bonjour@moitieparfum.com. If you received an item as a gift from moitieparfum.com, you may exchange it for another item of equal or greater value within fourteen (14) days of delivery. You, the gift recipient, must pay the difference in price. Please contact Customer Service at bonjour@moitieparfum.com.

We offer Complimentary Ground Shipping via Federal Express on all U.S. orders.

It will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.

Ground – $8.00

Express/Second Day Delivery – $15

Your order must reach us by 2 p.m. (Eastern Time). It will normally be delivered within two business days.

Overnight Delivery – $30

Your order must reach us by 2 p.m. (Eastern Time). It will normally be delivered the following working day.

Overnight Delivery-

When available, our customers in Manhattan who order by 12:00 p.m. ET can select same-day delivery for a fee of $45.

Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with shipping details and a tracking number. Follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order..

We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or a hotel or motel address. We cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Guam and all other U.S. possessions and territories situated outside North America.

Moitie charges state, local and county taxes for online transactions based on shipping address and as required by applicable laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax. Applicable state taxes will be applied to orders shipped to New York, New Jersey, California, Texas, Illinois and Nevada.
